Shipping policy

Shipping

We offer free UK standard shipping on all orders over £50.00. Orders of less that £50.00 shipping is available from £0.99 for economy shipping. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail as standard, other courier services can be provided.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. 

Power Up Games can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer by a delayed/lost/misrouted order. 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend an order please contact us at support@powerupgames.co.uk if your order has not yet been dispatched we will be more than happy to cancel your order for you.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

To return your product, please email support@powerupgames.co.uk with your order number and reasons. (you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to appear back in your account.
